This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Cuppix webshop.
For standard products, private customers within the European Union have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days after receiving the product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must:
be unused and undamaged;
be in its original packaging;
include any original labels;
be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Personalized or printed products, which are manufactured specifically according to the customer’s requirements (such as products with a logo, name, or customer-specific design), cannot be cancelled or returned.
This applies to both private and business customers.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to these products, in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.
For business customers, no right of withdrawal applies, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Returns from business customers are accepted only if the product has been demonstrably delivered damaged or incorrectly.
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
If a product is delivered damaged or does not correspond to the order, this must be reported as soon as possible via info@cuppix.nl.
The customer must provide clear evidence (such as photos or videos).
Without sufficient evidence, Cuppix reserves the right to reject the claim.
All returns must be registered in advance via info@cuppix.nl.
Returns sent without prior registration will not be accepted.
After approval, the customer will receive instructions regarding the return process and the return address.

Exchanges are not possible.
If permitted, a standard product may be returned and a new order can be placed.
The following items are not eligible for return:
personalized / printed products;
discounted items (sale);
gift cards;
items that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons.
After receipt and inspection of an approved return, the customer will be informed.
If approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days.
Processing times of banks or payment providers may vary.
